About

Nolan Eszes is a 19-year-old independent artist, multi-instrumentalist, and songwriter based in Grosse Pointe, Michigan. From a young age, Nolan has felt a deep connection to music—and even deeper, a calling from God. What began as a childhood love for melodies and lyrics has grown into a full-fledged mission: to create music that moves people and points them to the truth of the gospel.

Nolan grew up surrounded by music. Inspired by classic rock, Americana, and modern Christian artists alike, he began teaching himself guitar, drums, piano, and bass—all before he turned 18. By the time he finished high school, he was already writing, producing, and recording full songs from scratch in his basement studio. What makes Nolan’s sound unique is the honesty in his lyrics and the hands-on approach to every part of the process—he writes every lyric, plays every instrument, and puts his heart and soul into each track

He released his debut single, “Livin’ In Paradise,” in 2022—a raw, introspective track that set the tone for his early work. His second single, “Please Stay,” further showcased his emotional storytelling and musical maturity. In 2024, Nolan released his first EP, American Kid, a five-track project that reflected on identity, youth, and navigating life in a broken world. The entire project was self-recorded and produced in his home studio.  He followed it up with two singles, "We Don't Talk Like We Used To" and "Feel My Love", a duet featuring Katie Schneider.

In 2025, Nolan’s music took a bold new direction—one that reflects the most important part of his life: his relationship with Jesus Christ. His newest releases, “You Are Here” and “Honor You,” mark the beginning of his journey as a Christian artist, writing songs that are worshipful, grounded in Scripture, and full of hope. More than anything, Nolan desires to use his music to share the good news of the gospel, reach the lost, and encourage other believers to walk faithfully with God.

Offstage, Nolan is deeply involved in his local church community and regularly serves with campus ministries and Christian groups in the Metro Detroit area. His heart beats for discipleship, evangelism, and pointing others toward a deeper relationship with Jesus.

Nolan currently performs live across Metro Detroit and is working on new music that will continue blending his signature sound with bold faith and purpose. Whether it’s a packed venue or a quiet moment alone with a song, his prayer is always the same: that God would be glorified, and that lives would be changed.
